 Completely agree with Carl, it doesn't make sense to have a whole bunch of
 tabbed H2's which are all bigger than the main H1 - looks a bit out of
 place. It this is to be used for more than just the "themes" page then
 it's worth noting that we won't be able to fit more than 2 or 3 tabs
 inside the standard 960px width resolution.
