I don't like the create, edit and manage all from one screen UI. It
strays from everything else in WordPress.

Categories and Tags have add forms integrated on the first screen... but
i'm not a fan of that either. It could just as easily be behind an "Add
New" button just like Pages/Posts/etc.
+1 on this. But it's a low priority right now. There's still a few more
things to tackle beforehand. Perhaps this can be done during the
accessibility pass or maybe 3.1.
