 an approval dialog box when a user clicks on the Delete link.  It will
 help avoid accidental deletion, especially when a Menu structure could be
 complex and time consuming to put together.  Would be highly annoying to
 accidentally flush a lot of work down the toilet.

 +1 on this too, however long term it'd be great if there was a Trash for
 menus. Not sure what the scope for possibility on that one is though!
