 thread I started on wp-hackers (Subject: "Plugin readme #section links").
 I'm going for maximum visibility here since this is something I need for
 my [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/json-api JSON API plugin].

 Basically I'd like the readme.txt syntax to automatically add id
 attributes for headings. Something like this:

 {{{== Some section ==}}}

 Translates into:

 {{{<h3 id="Some_section">Some section</h3>}}}
