 Thanks for the reply. I've looked into the error report, unfortunately
 there was no error log at all. Normally my server keeps record of any
 errors including 404's.

 I've just contacted the server company to make the changes for me, i'll
 confirm once they increase the limit. I asked them to make max_vars to
 300.
