 In wordpress 3.0 we added the
 [http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_login_form
 wp_login_form();] function.

 But if a blog owners don't know PHP he can't  add a login form to his
 blog.

 Adding a widget (that uses this function) will make it easyer for users to
 do this.
