 Yes. *You* were annoyed. And you are free to spell it however you like,
 and to persuade others when you can.

 To use your privileged positions as developers of WordPress to enforce
 your personal pedantry on people is just ''rude''. I'll say it again:
 WordPress have no business putting code in the core to force other people
 to conform to their preferences.

 I'm genuinely baffled that any of you think this is reasonable. Who do you
 think you are?
