 I don't use "wp_" prefix for my tables. Of course, the $table_prefix=''
 value is correct in wp-config.php.

 The error when I create (or modify) an article : Call to undefined method
 wpdb::get_blog_prefix() in /wp-admin/includes/user.php on line 260

 PS : WP_DEBUG is true... obviously.
