 when changing dashboard screen options from 2 columns to 1 or 3 or 4 and
 then changing back to 2 columns, gives you 2 columns, but column 2 is
 empty, all dashboard items are in column 1.

 using latest 3.0 rc3 (15260) in multi site mode
