 Consider the blog scenario with multiple post authors with an admin who
 doesn't care about what the authors write. Doesn't it make sense for the
 post author to moderate comments on the blog posts that they wrote?
 Doesn't this make sense in most scenarios?
 I think this should be the default in future releases.
