 Writing Settings - Size of the post box (latest trunk, IE8).

 Setting number 10, then I can see only 5 rows in Post editor (Create Post
 admin page). Setting 12, there are 6 rows. Setting 20, then there are 11
 rows.

 In Firefox it is different, that means setting number 10 then I can see
 only 7 rows in Post editor (in IE8 only 5).

 Switching from twentyten to default there are small changes, but never get
 10 rows in editor when setting 10 rows.

 Maybe somehow connected with http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/13464
