 Further to #13812, attached is a patch to avoid showing custom comment
 types in the admin backend (both in the "Recent Comments" dashboard
 widgets and comment admin/moderation page).

 In the future, there should probably be some form of built-in interface
 for custom comment types (as with taxonomies and posts), but for now it's
 very helpful to avoid showing them at all, limiting the admin backend to
 proper comments only.
