Comment:

 For the memory limit messages you can use the filter to stop us trying to
 raise it that high.

 For the suhosin errors these hi-light a bug in the php interpreter or a
 php extension you have installed not a bug in WordPress itself.

 I guess you may be running with incompatible php extensions or esoteric
 ones.

 Are you using self built php or a distribution built one?
 Which host operating system and what version of php/suhosin?
