 On a site with a lot of links -- over 1200, in this case -- the link
 manager becomes unusable. You can't use bulk actions because the HTTP
 request is too large. The link manager should be paged, just like the edit
 posts/pages screens.

 [No Trac component for the link manager? Argh.]
