 Dismiss“ALOT” has failed to upload due to an error
 You do not have permission. Has your session expired?

 This is the error I receive when doing these steps:

 Add an image to a post, the image popup will appear, uploads fine, click
 on media library, 'show' a media image and click "Delete Permanently"  it
 will display a dismiss link with a message saying it was trying to fail
 the upload due to an error, however I wasn't uploading, I was deleting.
