 twentyten renders normal comments (comment_type == "") one way, and
 everything else as pingbacks.

 this example patch avoids rendering custom comment types as pingbacks (or,
 in effect, at all).

 obviously dealing with custom comment types will require more attention in
 the future, but this gets them out of twentyten's hair for the time being.
