 Yeah, there has been one other ticket on this already. The hook
 implementation is really for simple uninstall processes. Meant to remove
 an option or two. If you want to keep everything in one file for a really
 simple plugin. The uninstall.php really separates the complexity and allow
 for more advanced uninstall.
