Comment:

 Are you using the "Go Back" button in your browser? If yes, the browser
 may show a cached version of the previous page (it's still in the memory
 cache). I've seen something similar in Opera.

 Can you try force-reloading the Dashboard couple of times and then using
 the menu to navigate, not the Go Back button, to confirm it's not browser
 related.
