 Ah, thanks.  It would actually be easy to create some standard functions
 like this without replacing the current system but yes, if we focus on
 path segments than function that inspect the path segments would be more
 obvious. I'll remember that when I work on the functionality (after I
 complete some projects that are becoming overdue. :)
