Comment:

 I'm going to re-open into a future release, I can't seem to find a ticket
 discussing this otherwise. I agree there should probably be a way to
 define a default (radio button on ms-themes perhaps?), and that can simply
 be used in the schema when we're creating a new blog in a network.
