#13711: Page jumps when re-ordering menu items on nav-menus.php

Type: defect (bug) | Status: new
 Priority: normal | Milestone: 3.0
Component: Menus | Version: 3.0
 Severity: normal | Keywords: menus
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
When I have enough menu items in a menu so that the page gets extended and
I have to use the scroll bar to see the bottom of the list, if I scroll
all the way to the bottom and move a nav item, the page flashes white and
jump back up the page a bit.

It seems that if I scroll any lower than the height it jumps back up to it
will jump again. But if I stay at that height or go higher, it is fine.

Tried this with a fresh installation of RC1 and just added the default
about page over and over until it filled it.
