 Patch adds network versions of user-edit.php and profile.php.  This
 prevents jumping over into the blog user-edit.php, something that always
 bugged me before because it threw the active menus off.

 'Grant this user super admin privileges for the Network.' is now shown
 only in the network admin.  There are per blog options such as the role
 and personal options that should not be shown when in the network admin.
 Maybe listing the user's blogs somewhere in the network user-edit.php and
 linking each to an editor for the per-blog user info would be handy. We've
 long wanted to split up the personal per-blog preferences and the global
 bio stuff anyway.
