 I think that the menus should be saved just like the widgets screen:
 through Ajax, without the need for the Save button and the page refresh.
 One by one.

 When I drag a widget on a sidebar it gets saved automatically. If I make
 changes to the widget itself I just click on the Save button inside the
 widget and it gets saved without refresh.

 I really don't understand why the menu management screen doesn't already
 inherit all the good stuff that's available on the widgets screen.

 I really think that's an inconsistent behavior on the WordPress UX.

 That's the same thing on the Themes page: it has a tab with the link to
 add new themes but it doesn't behave like a tab, all the other screens
 have a button like "Add new" on the plugins screen.
