 This comes as a suggestion from Google, who wants to help publishing
 platforms deliver content faster.

 When you use the in-editor image downsizing functionality (the percentage
 slider), it does an HTML downsize. This can lead to bigger image requests
 than are necessary. An actual resize for local images would result in a
 more efficient load.
