Comment:

 It's a shame he's not around to read this, but George Orwell would
 certainly have loved the concept of capital_P_dangit() and probably
 written it into the sequel of "1984" if he had one planned.

 Given WP's global popularity, I think it's also passing dangerous ideas
 into the minds of several rather dodgy regimes too - consider the "at
 national borders router" censorship that goes on in many countries
 (including the supposedly free democracies) and then think about the ideas
 towards web content replacement (as opposed to blocking) that this "little
 function" passes to the various corridors of power.

 This "little function" could become the tip of an avalanche of rewriting
 that leaves various nations with different versions of history, science,
 politics, geneticism and so forth - it's dangerous - remove it before it
 gets perverted in the same way that atomic power was in the early 1940s.

 And .... no, this is not an over-reaction if the history of mankind is
 anything to go by.
