 I create a folder called test and a index.php file calling phpinfo(). The
 results are as follows:

 _SERVER["QUERY_STRING"] s=gospel
 _SERVER["REQUEST_URI"] /test/?s=gospel
 _SERVER["SCRIPT_NAME"] /test/index.php
 _SERVER["URL"] /test/index.php
 _SERVER["ORIG_PATH_INFO"] /test/index.php
 _SERVER["PHP_SELF"] /test/index.php

 Are you using the IIS URL Rewrite Module?
