 Even though I thought this to be offline, I saw a link and tried to use
 it. (appears on the bottom of the Codex pages).

 After pressing submit the page doesn't reload correctly and fails at some
 point, possibly in the processing of the form.

 I also don't know if what I submitted actually got sent.
