 If you go to codex.wordpress.org and use the new (cool) dropdown off
 'Extend' to go to the Plugins or Themes directory, the URL comes out as
 these:

 http://codex.wordpress.org/extend/plugins/
 http://codex.wordpress.org/extend/themes/

 Looks like the code is using relative URLs.
