 Live WP Installation for bug reproduction: www.glaeserner-staat.de (German
 website, has "umlaut" domain)

 Bug: Click the RSS Logo in the sidebar > RSS Feed works

 Click the RSS logo in Firefox address bar > RSS Feed page is an error
 page, even though the URL is exactly the same.

 In Chromium, the feed URLs work, but the feed is garbled. More severely,
 Chromium displays punycode instead of the correct umlaut domain in the
 address bar (that's a chromium bug)

 Any ideas?
