 Allow the super admin to set the number of themes displayed per page in
 the list of available themes. This would likely be set in Super Admin -->
 Options.

 Currently, this is hard-coded at 15 (wp-admin/themes.php, line 75). On
 large sites with many theme options, it may be desirable to show 30 (or
 60) themes per page to allow users to better get an overview of the
 possibilities without having to page through all of the options. This is
 especially true in intranet environments where bandwidth (and load time)
 is not so much of an issue.
