 More details in my tests.

 - It's an upgrade from WPMU, I'm using the network option from 3.0.
 - Running a clean WP 3.0, the slug option in category editor is showed. On
 the actual instalation it's not showing this option.
 - Locally I removed all the plugins, downloaded a new copy of wordpress
 and update all the files manually. The category editor do not shows the
 slug option again.
