Comment(by rmarks):

 This is less of a problem than I had originally thought. While logged in
 as the super admin on a domain mapped to site #2, I was not able to update
 or see the correct value.  But, when performing the same task on the site
 #1's domain name, it worked as expected. I'll defer to you guys on what to
 do with this ticket.
