 MU 2.9.1/2.9.1.1 did not incorporate the [12472] [12473] changeset (via
 #11505) that pulled CURLOPT_*TIMEOUT_MS from core.

 Definitely causing some problems over here.

 Thinking this might be enough to release 2.9.1.2.
