 In Trunk 12794 and 12798 ACP > Edit Pages - Quick Edit links are not
 working.

 In mu versions 2.8.2 and 2.9.1.1 Quick Edit links appear as http://abc.com
 /wp-admin/edit-pages.php#

 In this trunk 12794 however the links appear as http://abc.com/wp-
 admin/edit.php?post_type=page#

 I am not running any plug-ins, and this is a clean install.

 Problem persists across multiple browsers and OS's.
