 Currently using multisite the "My Blogs" section doesn't list the primary
 blog in the blog list with navigation links.   Without it being listed,
 navigation from any other blog dashboard to the main blog isn't possible
 without entering the URL manually.    Not sure if it is related to ticket
 #11970 or not.
