 adds a new section with dropdowns: one for pages and one for categories.

 When you select an item from a dropdown, it's automatically added to the
 current active menu.

 Props to hakre for helping me with the JS.

 Link and Home menu items are created by dragging them to a menu, just like
 adding widgets to a sidebar. Maybe we can move these to a single dropdown:
 Other Items.

 A video demonstration should follow soon.
