 Can someone with an affected setup please test that on a Streams affected
 install?

 It appears to work as expected on my PHP4 and PHP5 installs.

 In short: If you cant trust the context options, just use the fopen
 user_agent "hack", As we're using fopen() it'll still work.

 (Also, I tested the previous fopen patch on a PHP4 install, and it was
 working as described on the PHP manual)
