 Bloggers that use wordpress for RTL languages (Hebrew, Aracic, Persian)
 see a defect in post-edit subpannel (see attached print-screen).

 The solution for this defect is to add '''‏''' character BETWEEN the
 "sample-permalink" and the "edit-slug-button".

 We use this solution in wikipedia (hebrew wikipedia). if you have other
 soluttion, like CSS float, it can work too.
