  * WP_HTTP_fopen
    * Adds support for sending user agents - At present, it only sends the
 default PHP one.
    * Adds support for custom headers

 Tested on PHP 5.3.1 on windows

 Can someone else on a different PHP version (PHP4 possibly?) test if it
 works correctly for them?
