 The changes to these files need to be reverted. I imagine that
 {{{is_multisite()}}} should instead be {{{! is_multisite()}}}:
 {{{
 wp-admin/categories.php
 wp-admin/edit-category-form.php
 wp-admin/edit-link-categories.php
 }}}

 Also, the $post_per_page global found its way back into the admin.php
 bootstrap and should be removed again. [12551]
