 == Populate menu button ==

 To speed up menu creation, a blank menu should have a button on it that,
 when clicked, populates the menu with all the top level pages. Maybe
 another one for categories.

 After that, the user can delete unwanted pages, shuffle them around, add
 extra items etc.
