 I'd like to commit the latest patch, and then maybe DD32 would like to
 patch in the supports arg for register and also the revisions capability.
 After that I would like to merge edit-page-form.php and edit-form-
 advanced.php. After that we can see about cleaning up how the default meta
 boxes are added.  Sound good?
