 Hi. I've just installed the latest update and registered a post type
 "thingy", as per comment #63, but all I'm seeing is a new top level entry
 for "thingy", the actual edit screen is identical to the standard post
 screen, there is no visible way to manipulate content types, custom
 fields, etc - I'm wondering if this is expected behaviour and actual
 management functionality (custom post type UI) is to be added by plugins,
 such as the one proposed by MikeSchinkel above, or if I am missing
 something.
