 By that arguement, None should ever be written for anything.

 I do however agree, Unit tests for this is pretty much useless.. for the
 simple reason its a bit hard to test such items, theres no distinct
 input/output.

 Can a dev step in here and give a generic yay or nay on their thoughts of
 the function? A secure method can be built, but in the likes of keeping
 everyone sane, If a core commitor doesnt believe in it, its unlikely to
 get much attention.
