 Why is the "Save All Changes" button right justified and the "Delete Menu"
 link left justified? My eyes keep going to the Delete Menu link and NOT
 the save link which isn't a good thing from a UI perspective.

 I understand the "Save" buttons typically appear right justified in other
 areas.. but those are areas where those save buttons appear in the right
 side column.

 Anytime a save button appears in the main content column it is always left
 justified. Look at any of the pages under the "Settings" area, all the
 Save buttons are left justified under the content.  Look at the Add
 Category page, the button is left justified.

 If the "Save" button is not in the right hand toolbar column I think it
 makes most sense for it to be left justified with the "Delete Menu" link
 located to the right of it (not right justified, but to the right of the
 save button with them appearing side by side).

 Thoughts?
