 I was under the impression when reading the later replies, that each menu
 would be assigned an ID, which in fact it is, but rather at what ID it
 started? Am I right in thinking it'll start at 1, being the only menu
 created, therefore meaning the next would be 2 and so on...!

 You see, I get {{{nav-menus.php?edit-menu=200}}} and {{{nav-menus.php
 ?edit-menu=201}}} which is miles off from what I thought was happening?
 Not everyone is going to understand, if that IS indeed the case, that
 menus start off with ID 200!

 And before anyone asks, no I haven't gone and created 200 menus, that's
 exactly how it shows up, anyoneone got any ideas, meant to be like this,
 or a bug?
