Comment:

 I would use post_title for both title and alt text. If not, then use
 post_content for both description and caption (as suggested in nueva-
 opcion-texto-alt-wp-1.jpg).

 Either way, one of the fields would have to dissapear from the admin,
 since there's no point in having two fields that point to the same data.

 Punting to Future Release, since we don't have a consensus on the matter.
