 How does that differentiate from {{{add_action('init', '_my_func',
 1000);}}} ?

 As for wp-ajax, I'm +1 for that, But i dont think we need to do the admin
 includes. Plugins would have to change to use this, they can include the
 specific admin functions if they require it.
