 Isn't it redundant the fact that the action button of the 'Add Menu' box
 is also labeled 'Add Menu'? 'Add' might be enough, in the same way you
 labeled the buttons to add a page or category. Maybe 'Add New'? to state
 that it is an entirely new entity, pretty much like the Add New for posts
 or pages.
