 I need some help from someone with more css skills than I have to adjust
 some things with the patch I just submitted that add support for custom
 taxonomies to inline-editing, attachment:ticket:9674:attachment.inline-
 edit-custom-taxonomies.diff

 One style issue is the width's of the inline-edit-col's.  They're
 specifically set for post and page post_types, but that is dependent on
 whether the middle column (which holds hierarchical taxonomies) is there.
 Not sure if this should be a more fluid layout or if someone with more CSS
 experience knows of a better solution.

 The other style issue is the way that the cat-checklist div acts when it
 has the class cat-hover added.  For me, in FF, its causing the different
 hierarchical taxonomy boxes to overlap.  Its still functional though.
